Signalware provides a number of mechanisms for Operations, Administration, Maintenance,
and Provisioning (OAM&P)
including Man Machine Language (MML), GUI, SNMP, and JOAM.

Signalware is a robust, feature rich system that provides APIs that assist in managing
the platform itself, not just the protocol stacks. Signalware facilitates system
management by maintaining a single point of control within a multi-computer Signalware
cluster.
Monitoring Capabilities
Signalware also provides monitoring capabilities. Measurements can be taken for
use in designing optimum system performance or diagnosing performance issues. Standard
SS7 measurements can be taken to monitor the performance of the network itself and
aid in network monitoring and/or troubleshooting.
