This Privacy Statement sets forth the information gathering,
use, and dissemination practices of Ulticom, Inc., any of its affiliates
and subsidiary companies ("Ulticom") in connection with the Internet
websites located at www.ulticom.com and any related sites, including but
not limited to my.ulticom.com (the "Sites"). Ulticom provides
this Privacy Statement to advise you of Ulticom’s internet privacy procedures
and the choices you may make about the way any of your information is collected
by Ulticom online and how that information may be used by Ulticom. This
Privacy Statement addresses Ulticom's practices regarding information collected
only directly through or from the Sites - it does not address or govern

1. Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors
Ulticom may collect or track (1) the e-mail addresses
of visitors that communicate with Ulticom via e-mail, (2) information knowingly
provided by any visitor in online forms, registration forms, surveys, e-mail,
the "Contact
Us" section of the Site, and other online avenues (including, but
not limited to, demographic, business profile, and personal profile data),
(3) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer,
files downloaded, search engine used, operating system, and type of Web
browser of visitors to any of the Sites, and (4) aggregate and user-specific
information regarding which pages of the Sites that visitors access.
Ulticom may also place Internet "cookies" on visitors' computer(s).
Internet cookies save data about individual visitors, such as the visitor's
name, password, user-name, shopping cart, screen preferences, and the pages
of Ulticom Sites that are viewed by the visitor. When the visitor revisits
the Site, Ulticom may recognize the visitor through reference to the Internet
cookie and customize the visitor's experience accordingly. Cookies act
as unique identifiers for your computer, but cannot be used to identify
any individual. Visitors may decline Internet cookies, if any, by using
the appropriate feature of their Web client software, if available.
When a visitor conducts or requests a search within any Ulticom Site, Ulticom
may record and maintain information identifying the visitor and / or linking
the visitor to the search performed. Ulticom may also record limited information
for every search request and use that information to solve technical problems
with the services available directly or indirectly in connection with any
of the Sites and to calculate overall usage statistics.

2. Use of Personal Data Collected
Ulticom collects and uses personal information to better
understand your needs and interests and to provide you with better service.
Personal data collected by Ulticom may be used by Ulticom for many reasons,

or recordkeeping, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical

Ulticom enters or reasonably may enter into a corporate transaction, such
as, for example, a merger, consolidation, acquisition, or asset purchase,
or to a third party pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other form
of legal process, in response to a request by or on behalf of any local,
state, federal, or other government agency, department, or other governmental
body, whether or not pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other form
of legal process, or if determined by Ulticom in its sole judgment that
such disclosure or distribution is appropriate to protect the life, health,
or property of Ulticom or any other person or entity.
While Ulticom may undertake efforts to see that any third party to which
Ulticom shares, rents, sells, or otherwise discloses personal data is under
a contractual obligation to use the personal data solely for the purposes
for which the data was disclosed, such third parties are independent entities
over which Ulticom exercises no particular or specific control. Ulticom
is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, the conduct, actions,
omissions, or information handling or dissemination practices of any third
party.
The Sites may contain links to other Internet websites or advertisements
for or placed by third parties. Ulticom is not responsible for the privacy
practices or procedures of any such third party websites, advertisers,
or third parties, or for the content of any such sites or advertisements.
It is possible that these links or advertisements may, in turn, be used
by third parties or others to collect personal or other information about
Site visitors. It is solely the visitors' obligation to review and understand
the privacy practices and policies of these other Web Sites and of these

4. Ulticom Security Measures
Ulticom has implemented security features that are designed
to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to retained personal information.
Ulticom protects its various databases with physical, electronic, technical
and procedural measures, and Ulticom restricts access to any personal information
by unauthorized persons or entities. Ulticom uses Secure Sockets Layer
(“SSL”) Technology to protect personal information maintained on or transmitted
to or from Ulticom systems. SSL Technology is the electronic commerce
standard for securing information as it travels over the Internet. Through
your use of any of the Ulticom Sites, you expressly acknowledge that the
confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from
Ulticom via the Ulticom Sites or via e-mail cannot be and is not guaranteed.
Accordingly, Ulticom is not responsible for the security of any information
transmitted via the Internet to or from Ulticom. Instead of communicating
with Ulticom via e-mail or the Internet, visitors can contact Ulticom as
